Freight and Bulk Transport Holdings, FBT, was formed in 1966 by Malcom Campbell and John Geraghty and they are still the current owners.

John Geraghty has been Chairman of the NZ Road Transport Association (now called the NZ Road Transport Forum) and is a life member of the association. He is also an independent director of the Taranaki Rugby Union.

Malcolm Campbell has been a member of the NZ Ground Spread Association for 40 years and is now a life member. He has served the past 10 years on the NZ Fertiliser Quality Council.
